Karah + Riley | Andaz Scottsdale Resort Wedding

Do you remember the movie You’ve Got Mail? Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan starred in it, and the premise of the movie was that they were two business rivals who also were anonymous pen pals (and they didn’t know it), and they fell in love through email. Sometimes, I wonder what that movie would look like if they rebooted it. Well Hollywood, if you’re listening, I’ve got the perfect couple to star in it: Karah and Riley.

Karah and Riley met at an event hosted by mutual friends, which was apparently not a very memorable one because Karah promptly forgot Riley existed immediately afterwards. However, after Riley started following her on social media, he slid into her DMs and asked her out. They went on a date, and then another, and then they fell in love. They dated for four years before Riley popped the question in Temecula, completely taking Karah by surprise. See? That’s the perfect plot for a You’ve Got Mail reboot set in the modern day era.

Speaking of Hollywood, Karah and Riley chose to have a chic and modern feel with a touch of old Hollywood glam and a few crystals scattered in for their wedding. They used lots of white and green with touches of gold. Karah looked absolutely drop dead gorgeous in her sleek, sophisticated dress, and the Andaz Scottsdale was the perfect backdrop for their love story.
