Becca + Brian | Sedona Red Rock Pink Jeep Elopement
Today’s couple, Becca and Brian, are the epitome of adventurous (which I LOVE). They have been all over the world together! Living in Portland, snorkeling in Bali, South African safaris, backpacking in Havasupai, and jetting back and forth between their hometowns of Chicago and Los Angeles...talk about incredible. Just like with everyone else, however, Becca and Brian’s plans screeched to a halt due to COVID-19. Their large, fun wedding was cancelled due to the pandemic, so they were forced to shift to planning a smaller microwedding. However, their wedding was so incredibly stunning and gorgeous that it totally seemed like their plan all along.
Becca and Brian got married in Sedona (and you guys know how much I love Sedona!) and their guests all rode to the ceremony in Sedona’s signature pink jeeps. Since Brian’s last name is Rose, they based a lot of the wedding theme around roses. The colors were dusty rose and rose gold, and when the officiant asked for the rings, one of their friends brought up two metal silver roses with the rings inside. He then did a spot on Chris Harrison impression and said “Ladies and gentlemen, the final rose.” I’ve seen a lot of weddings folks, but that was the first time I’d ever seen that! It was so clever, unique, and beautiful, all at the same time. Just like Becca & Brian!
The bride and groom tried to weave in the southwest vibes of the desert with their rosy colors and I think they pulled it off perfectly. Both the ceremony and the reception were small, intimate, but so powerfully beautiful, and the love that Becca and Brian had was evident in every little detail. Becca was the most stunning bride, and it was so evident that she was absolutely adored by her friends, family, and her now-husband! Becca and Brian, I am so thankful that I got to capture your special day! You two are such an incredible couple with an amazing life that you’ve built together, and I’m so honored to have captured the start of your next chapter. Thank you for letting me be a part of it. Congratulations!!!
