Intimate Mount Rainier Wedding with Family & Friends

Paris and Chrissy’s Mount Rainier wedding was short, sweet, and intimate! The couple planned a simple ceremony in Washington and invited a handful of loved ones to help them celebrate. Everything about their day was so laid back and carefree, the perfect Washington elopement if you ask me.

Chrissy and Paris met during the summer between Chrissy’s junior and senior years of college. The couple instantly hit it off and continued to text while they were apart. During the holidays when Chrissy would be on break, the couple always made it a point to see each other. Paris, wanting to take the next step in the relationship, asked Chrissy if she would be his girlfriend but Chrissy wasn’t ready. The two remained close friends and it wasn’t long before Chrissy realized that Paris was exactly the type of person she wanted to build a life with. A year later the couple bought their first home together and rescued a kitten named Moose. Soon after they both started their dream jobs, Paris as a firefighter and Chrissy as a kindergarten teacher. And in 2021 they adopted their second kitten, Rooster, officially making them cat people.

Chrissy and Paris got engaged on Christmas 2021. The couple spent the morning celebrating together before going to Chrissy’s family’s house where they continued the celebration for the rest of the night!

For their Mount Rainier wedding, Chrissy and Paris chose earthy tones for wedding colors to complement the nature all around them. Their day was short and sweet and started off with a first look at Ricksecker Point followed by an intimate ceremony and champagne toast. They spent the rest of the night with their family and friends celebrating at a local brewery.
