Sara + Jack | Colorful Desert Wedding

Picture this: A hard-working, handsome law student walks into a bar to meet up with some of his classmates from the business school he has just joined. He eagerly walks up to a table to meet his friend Ellen, who he barely knows. Why was he so enthusiastic about meeting up with her?

Enter Sara, Ellen’s sister...and Jack’s future wife.

From the start, Jack and Sara had an instant connection. Sara was quick-witted, intelligent, and cute. Jack laughed at all her jokes. The interest was mutual and strong, but one obstacle stood in their way: Sara lived in Philadelphia, while Jack lived in Arizona. Thankfully, when Sara decided to move to Arizona, they decided to make the relationship official. The rest is history.

Similar to their dating relationship, Sara & Jack’s engagement faced some obstacles. As we all know, the COVID-19 pandemic hit and canceled everyone’s plans, so they ended up having to postpone and replan their wedding three times. When their wedding day finally happened, it was a DREAM. They got married at the Andaz Scottsdale, and their wedding was full of bright colors, energy, and love. Sara was a stunningly beautiful bride in her white lace dress, and the vibrant colors and patterns of the bridesmaids’ dresses perfectly complemented the bride.

The orange, pink, and red tones of the flowers against the desert cacti and succulents were the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. Sara & Jack provided a really thoughtful and simple way for guests to indicate what levels of social distancing and physical contact they felt comfortable with, which just goes to show how loving, caring, and thoughtful of a couple they really are. The guests danced the night away under the stars, providing the perfect end to a perfect night.
