Unique Engagement Photos at Scottsdale Airport

Heather and Cliff’s engagement session at the Scottsdale airport was one for the books! As an Arizona wedding photographer, I’ve made a fun goal to do a photo shoot with every mode of transportation and for this session, I got to check an airplane off my list!

For their unique engagement photo session, Cliff and Heather thought a bit outside the box. Cliff is a pilot and flies planes as a hobby so these two lovebirds had the idea of renting a plane from the Scottsdale airport to incorporate it into their engagement session. I love when couples choose to incorporate meaningful activities into their session to make them more personalized!

That night we spent a couple of hours taking photos with the airplane. After the session had ended, they offered to take me up for a ride! I have never been in a plane that small before and I also have a fear of flying (even though I LOVE traveling.) I said YES anyways and it ended up being so fun! We flew around taking in the twinkling views of the city at night.
